- Access to your documents is limited to you and the preparer assigned to your return
- Every account requires multi-factor authentication
- Access to client documents is logged
- We retain documents only as long as needed to complete your return and meet IRS record-retention requirements, after which they are securely deleted
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers who host our infrastructure and storage, under agreements that require them to protect it, and as required by law.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the documents you've uploaded, ask us to correct inaccurate account information, or request deletion of your account, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.
